The opening shot for Sunday night's Dallas Ranchers Pittsburgh Steelers game at Acrisure Arena has been deferred because of nasty weather conditions.
Initially booked to start at 8:20 p.m. ET, the game will begin around 9:45 p.m. ET, as indicated by the NBC broadcast. Players are supposed to get back to the field at 9:25 p.m. ET.
With serious rainstorms and lightning nearby, players were shipped off the field and fans were approached to seek shelter and leave the seating bowl.
Dak Prescott and the Ranchers (2-2), more than an hour after initially booked, are going head to head with Justin Fields and the Steelers (3-1) as the previous searches briefly win in succession, while the last option is meaning to bounce back from their most memorable misfortune.
